Northern Counties Kidney Research Fund (NCKRF) approached us to refresh their logo design and create a more relevant and contemporary identity.
NCKRF are a registered charity primarily based in Tyne and Wear and raise funds to invest in research into all aspects of kidney disease and its treatment and helps to maintain Newcastle’s position as a leading research centre. We think our new logo design will help them achieve great things in the future.
The new logo design needed to appeal to as many people as possible to build and attract interest in future fund raising. We felt it needed to convey a sense of forward thinking representative of the region as well as having a sense of fun and approachability.
Our logo design is made up from a combination of coloured abstract kidney shapes to form the north east landscape alongside the Millennium Bridge coming together to create a subtle outline of a kidney. It also has a feeling of the fun associated with fund raising events.
Your logo design concept was really well received and the feedback was all extremely positive. Everyone loves the new logo design and there is resounding agreement that it is going to help us refresh our image.”
