Realising New Concepts.
Arup needed a way of explaining the concept of BedZED, a multi-award winning development which involved the climate control of a home using innovative thermodynamics and sustainability systems.
Thumb worked alongside Arup to produce a detailed visual explaination of how the new development would work. The highly stylised 3D animated infographic was produced at broadcast quality for use by the BBC. It was also an integral part of a number of presentations made by Arup to potential investors.
Thumb visualised the BedZED concept in a really effective way, the level of detail and quality that was applied to the visualisation was bang on. Finding a way of explaining the concepts behind the project was going to be the key to it’s success and Thumb delivered something that did that and more.”
